LAX and Burbank are both good options, though Burbank is typically the quicker and easier choice. Rideshare is the easiest way to get around once you land, and wherever you’re headed, be sure to allow extra time for LA traffic.

  • Thursday — Welcome Event + Soft Landing—Fly in, settle in, and ease into LA with a slow lunch at Zinque or Joan's on Third, a walk through Abbot Kinney or Melrose, then join us for the Welcome Event. If you still have energy, end with one rooftop nightcap: Bar Lis or Harriet's.
  • Friday — The Main Event—Wedding day. Keep the morning slow: brunch, pool, beach, or glam, then join us for the ceremony and reception. After that, celebrate, dance, and stay up too late with us.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving in Los Angeles by Thursday afternoon to settle in and enjoy the weekend. Welcome Drinks are Thursday, October 15 from 6:00–9:00 PM at Desert 5 Spot, and the ceremony is Friday, October 16.

Where will events take place?

Welcome Drinks will take place at Desert 5 Spot. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at The Majestic, 650 S Spring St, Los Angeles, CA 90014, United States.

Where should I stay?

Our celebration will take place at The Majestic in Downtown Los Angeles. While you are welcome to stay nearby, we encourage you to explore the other beautiful neighborhoods the city has to offer. The Travel page has hotel suggestions by neighborhood.

What is the best way to get around the city?

Uber and Lyft are readily available and the easiest way to navigate the city. Los Angeles is very drivable, though parking and associated costs can vary, so we recommend planning accordingly.

Is there parking or valet?

Parking and valet details are still to come. We will update this page once final venue logistics are confirmed.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by September 4, 2026.

What is the dress code?

Thursday — Elevated Casual — LA Cool Think effortless, fun, and a little dressed up — but nothing too formal. Western flair is welcome, never required. Cowboy hat? Fine. Chic little dress and kitten heels? Fine. Jeans and a great top? Fine. Just look and feel good. Friday — Formal / Black Tie Optional. Use this as your excuse to get really dressed up and feel amazing. We kindly ask all guests to wear black, with no patterns. Floor-length gowns, tuxes, black suits, elevated separates, and refined accessories are perfect. White shirts with suits or tuxes are completely fine. Dress to impress — we want the room to feel polished, intentional, and very us.

Can I bring a plus one?

We have carefully planned our guest list and are only able to host those named on the invitation.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, our celebration will be adults-only, with a few exceptions for immediate family and older children included on your invitation.
